# Video

An uploaded or external video with a custom play button.

| Setting                    | Description                                                                                                    |

| Source                     | **Uploaded** (Shopify-hosted) or **External URL** (YouTube / Vimeo).                                           |
| Video                      | The uploaded video file.                                                                                       |
| Video external URL         | A YouTube or Vimeo URL.                                                                                        |
| Autoplay                   | Autoplays the video (muted by default).                                                                        |
| Loop video                 | Restart the video when it ends.                                                                                |
| Cover image                | Poster image shown before playback.                                                                            |
| Aspect ratio               | Original, Square, Portrait, Landscape variants, or Fill height.                                                |
| Show video first on mobile | Move the video above other blocks on mobile.                                                                   |
| Alt text                   | Description of the video for assistive technology.                                                             |
| Play button                | Desktop / mobile size, background color, and icon color.                                                       |
| Corner radius              | Corner rounding of the video frame.                                                                            |
| Width                      | **Fit** (content width), **Fill** (container width), or **Custom** — set independently for desktop and mobile. |
| Limit width                | Cap the block to a **Max width**.                                                                              |
| Animation                  | Entrance effect (Fade, Scale, Slide from left / right / bottom) played on scroll, with an optional **Delay**.  |
| Padding                    | Outer spacing: top / bottom, with independent mobile values via **Custom for mobile**.                         |
