Blocks that collect input from your customers.

Neither of these is a standalone section — add a Custom section and choose the Email signup or Contact form preset from the Forms category, or add the block inside an existing section.

Block	Description
Email signup	A newsletter signup form that adds subscribers to your Shopify customer list, with optional subscription-preference checkboxes.
Contact form	A contact form with name, email, and message fields, plus any custom fields you add. Submissions are sent to your store's customer-notification email.
