# Buttons and inputs

Sets the size and style of buttons and input fields — the interactive controls shoppers use everywhere, from add to cart to search and forms.

## Height

Button and input height, set independently for desktop and mobile — **Extra small** through **Extra large** (default **Large**). Taller controls are easier to tap and feel more prominent; shorter ones make for a denser layout.

Keep mobile controls comfortable to tap. WCAG recommends a touch target of at least 44×44px, which the **Large** default meets on most devices.

## Buttons

| Setting           | Description                                                                         |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Outline thickness | Border width of outline-style buttons (1–5px).                                      |
| Icon size         | Size of the icon in icon-only buttons, such as the cart and search icons (12–30px). |

## Inputs

| Setting           | Description                                                                       |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Input style       | **Solid** — a filled background. **Outline** — transparent with a visible border. |
| Outline thickness | Border width of inputs — shown only when Input style is **Outline** (1–5px).      |
