# Layout

Controls the maximum content width of your store.

## Page Width

Sets the maximum width of the content container. On wider screens the content stays centered with equal side margins; on narrower screens it fills the available space.

* **Page width** — The maximum content width of the store.

Full-bleed sections are not affected by this setting. Hero banners, slideshows, and any section with an edge-to-edge background always span the full viewport width. Page width only controls the inner content container (text, buttons, and grid layouts).
